Hello, and welcome! I'm Dave Lentz, the founder and remote pilot behind Empyreal View. After 38 years as an engineer and R&D Director, I've retired from the corporate world to go it alone doing aerial photography and videography.

I fell in love with photography in high school using my dad's 35mm SLR camera. During my engineering education at Lehigh University, I took electives in photography and eventually became a teaching assistant for the same, working with a good friend and architecture student to document the diverse churches of Bethlehem and Allentown. I loved capturing unique perspectives of the architectural elements of these churches. Later I did a lot of auto racing photography, following the Indycars to Mid-Ohio and Nazareth. As my family grew, I did portrait photography. Now I have the opportunity to rekindle that passion and put it to use professionally.

Serving the residential and commercial real estate market, I providing HDR images and videos, floor plans, 3D virtual tours, and aerial images and video to show the full value of property. Aerials provide an understanding of the adjacent homes, businesses, and traffic.

I also provide high resolution aerial images for inspection purposes. Get detail to the tenth of an inch of roofing, cell and water towers, or any tall structure without the cost or risk of traditional methods.
